Your personal Talisman.
Welcome! I’m Talisman—yes, that’s my given name (they/she)—a queer, neurodivergent creative, born and bred in Greenwich Village, drawn to doula work, liminal spaces, and brave connections.
I offer nuanced support for transitions—from the domestic to the divine. I’ve walked many paths myself—personally and professionally—and that breadth allows me to meet you wherever you are. If you’re curious why, you can learn more about my journey on the About page. But no matter who you are or where you come from, my approach stays the same: we slow down, we reconnect to the basics, and we build from there.
Our process begins with building trust and grounding, by practicing clear communication, healthy boundaries, and mutual consent. From there, we get curious. We ask questions, sit in discomfort, laugh, likely cry, and discover new ways forward that feel authentic to you.
I’m especially drawn to the spaces dominant culture intentionally and actively shames—the places where discomfort, curiosity, grief, desire, creativity, identity, spirit, and change can become gateways to deeper connection, expansiveness, and self-understanding.
I’m not here to save you. I’m here to help you feel less alone, more empowered, and better supported with resources, accountability, and community—especially while navigating transition, uncertainty, and growth.
