Your personal Talisman.
Welcome! I’m Talisman—yes, that’s my given name (they/she)—a queer, neurodivergent creative, born and bred in Greenwich Village, drawn to doula work, liminal spaces, and brave connection.
I offer nuanced support for transitions—from the domestic to the divine. I've explored many personal and professional paths, but I've found something deeply reassuring in how often the same patterns of growth, connection, and change emerge. This understanding helps me meet you wherever you are.
If you’re curious about my journey, you can learn more on the About page.
Working together begins with building trust and connection. We slow down, get curious, and create space for honesty, boundaries, and consent. From there, we ask questions, sit with discomfort, laugh, perhaps cry a little (or a lot), and discover new ways forward that feel authentic to you.
I’m especially drawn to the spaces dominant culture shames, and disconnects us from—the places where discomfort, curiosity, grief, desire, creativity, identity, spirit, and change can become gateways to connection.
I’m not here to save you. I’m here to help you feel less alone, release shame and judgment, and reconnect with what matters most—especially during times of uncertainty, transition, and growth.
