  • ineedana.com

Built by people who’ve had abortions for people who will, ineedana.com launched in 2016 as the first comprehensive, regularly updated, and personalized resource for abortion seekers in the US. Since then, we’ve been called the “Quintessential Post-Roe Resource” by The Nation, appeared on John Oliver’s Last Week Tonight, and, most importantly to us, have helped hundreds of thousands of people get abortions. As a small and independent non-profit project, we couldn’t do it without the support of our volunteers and donors.

  • plancpills.org

A safe, at-home abortion is here.

Plan C provides up-to-date information on how people in the U.S. are accessing at-home abortion pill options online.

Plan C is a public health creative campaign, started in 2015 by a small team of veteran public health advocates, researchers, social justice activists and digital strategists.

Plan C transforms access to abortion in the US by normalizing the self-directed option of abortion pills by mail.

Our Vision: A near future in which the ability to end an early pregnancy is directly in the hands of anyone who seeks it.

  • reprolegalhelpline.org

Repro Legal Helpline is run by If/When/How: Lawyering for Reproductive Justice, a non-profit organization made up of advocates, organizers, and lawyers helping to build a future where everyone is free to make their own decisions about their bodies and reproductive lives.

Abortion is a human right, and it remains a legal right in the majority of states in the United States. Even if you live in a state that has banned abortion, you still have legal rights. We can help you understand those rights.

The Repro Legal Helpline is a free, confidential helpline where you can get legal information or advice about the abortion laws in your state, including self-managed abortion, young people's access to abortion or judicial bypass, and referrals to local resources.

SASS is the US project of Women Help Women, a global nonprofit organization that supports the rights of people around the world to have information about and access to safe abortion with pills. Information is power. We all deserve accurate information about our bodies and reproductive health.

    Need funds?

Freedom Fund is a national organization focusing on funding telehealth abortions.

Abortion Freedom Fund supports accessible, affordable, evidence-based telehealth abortion care for all. Our mission is to help pregnant people take control of their healthcare and futures by dismantling medicalized control of abortion and encouraging a world where abortion pills are over the counter.

We recognize that social inequities create health disparities and that certain communities are more affected by abortion bans than others. We prioritize working with organizations committed to anti-racism and uplifting queer, disabled, and other historically and intentionally marginalized and excluded communities.

We simplify access to care for patients by funding virtual abortion providers and clinics, individuals accessing telehealth abortions*, and reimbursing local abortion funds for telehealth abortion care, allowing them to focus their resources on people seeking procedural abortions in their communities. Our goal is that no matter where abortion seekers go to get support they can find our funding (directly from us, from clinics, and from abortion funds).

In addition to direct funding, we partner with organizations doing research, informational campaigns, and other activism to increase access to abortions.

We recognize that these issues are complex, but one thing is certain: Everyone deserves to have all options!

  • apiaryps.org

Apiary is a national hub for groups that provide logistical assistance – transportation, lodging, childcare, and more – to people seeking abortions. We make it easier for new and existing practical support organizations (PSOs) to grow sustainably by providing tactical tools, trainings, and resources. We also hold community spaces to connect existing organizations to each other and learn how they work, and what service gaps need to be filled.

Our goal is to support a well-functioning, collaborative, fully-resourced practical support ecosystem within the larger abortion access movement while advocating for increased awareness about this work.

    We are deeply, unequivocally pro-abortion.

  • evidencebasedbirth.com

Evidence Based Birth publishes accurate, accessible and inclusive research that empowers communities.

We envision a world in which all birthing families have access to safe, respectful, evidence-based, and empowering care.

Our mission is to help birth workers build the evidence based knowledge, skills, and power they need to protect families’ abilities to give birth with empowerment. The work we do goes on to impact families who are searching for accurate information to empower their prenatal, birth, and postpartum experiences!

Our mission-based programs benefit birth workers because we provide education on research, mentorship in how to navigate a broken health care system, and the confidence to be a change agent working for anti-racist and inclusive health care.
