Up to 48 hours

• Sessions can be canceled or the length of the session modified, without any charge up to 48 hours before the start of your session.

• To initiate a cancellation, please notify me via email.

Within 48 hours

• If you cancel your session less than 48 hours before the scheduled time, you'll be charged the full session fee.

• If you wish to shorten your session less than 48 hours before the scheduled time, you'll be charged the remaining balance of the previously agreed upon fee.

• If you choose to lengthen your session less before the scheduled time, I will do my best to accommodate and a rate must be agreed upon beforehand and confirmed via email.

As your mentor and coach, I am committed to upholding the highest standards of confidentiality in our collaboration. Our discussions and any materials shared during our work together are treated with the utmost discretion.

Both of us, as partners in this journey, agree to respect the privacy of all information exchanged. This includes details from coaching discussions, business strategies, and any proprietary concepts relevant to our mentorship.

My dedication to confidentiality extends beyond our engagement period. I assure you that I will not disclose, reproduce, or share any confidential information with third parties without your explicit consent.

I appreciate the trust you've placed in me, and I am steadfast in maintaining the strictest privacy standards. Any breach of this confidentiality agreement will be addressed with the utmost seriousness.

I do not take insurance at this time.

If you are late for your virtual or in person appointment, I will wait up to 15 minutes. After that, the appointment will be considered a no-show and will be cancelled. In accordance with my cancellation policy, the full session fee will be charged.

• Please make your payment 48 hours before your scheduled session to confirm and guarantee your booking.

• Kindly note that sessions will only proceed once payment has been received.

• Methods of Payment: Venmo, Zelle, PayPal or check.

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to commence work.

• The remaining balance is due upon website completion or as per our contract.

• Timely provision of required website content is essential for project completion.

• Delays due to content submission will not extend the final payment due date.

• Extensions can be negotiated to adjust for any revised project timelines.

Therapist: Diagnoses and treats mental health conditions and emotional challenges using formal therapeutic methods.

Counselor: Focuses on resolving specific issues and improving mental health through therapeutic techniques.

Coach: Helps clients achieve specific goals and personal development through motivation and strategic planning.

Mentor: Provides experienced-based guidance and support in a more informal, personal relationship.
