My Commitment

  • My mission is to create compassionate and inclusive spaces where sustainable support is accessible to all.

To achieve this, I follow The Green Bottle method and offer my rates at a sliding scale. The goal is to empower my clients to choose a rate that aligns with their financial circumstances so they can receive the support they deserve.

Again, I’m honored to explore the opportunity to heal with you. We all deserve a safe circle to experiment with being our biggest and healthiest selves.

  • I am committed to fostering brave and safe spaces during our sessions, supporting you to freely express your thoughts and preferences without fear of repercussions or shame.

You can ask me anything, I’ll say ‘no’ if I don’t want to answer. You also have the right to say ‘no’ and/or change your mind at any point, without an explanation.

I love managing expectations and will do my best to learn and adapt to your ideal methods of communication.

I encourage expressing your feelings, as long as it is done respectfully and productively. We engage in dialogue together, not at each other.

I will always believe you and respect your boundaries.

  • I am committed to anti-racist, anti-oppression, and mental health support practices in both my personal and professional lives.

I’m dedicated to amplifying diverse and creative voices, witnessing and sharing our stories, creating spaces for empowerment and joy, and unlearning capitalistic, suprematist and patriarchal practices.

I am constantly unlearning to be able to redefine and grow.

  • I'm committed to actively opposing oppression in all its forms. I believe the labels of ‘ally’ and ‘accomplice’ are earned through action, rather than self-declaration. And that these labels can only be given by those we aim to support.

I have a solution-oriented mindset to support PGM (People of the Global Majority). I work to dismantle systemic barriers, challenge discriminatory practices, and foster a community that values diversity, equity, and justice by giving-up, leveraging and redistributing the power that comes along with my privilege. I make mistakes, listen, learn and then start the cycle all over again to keep growing.

Recognizing the difference between discomfort and safety, de-centering ourselves, and finding ways to experiment with new ways of being, without harming others, is deeply ingrained in my personal and professional practice.

  • The healthier we are, the better we become at holding space for ourselves and others. That goes for me, too.

I am consistently learning from my circle of professionals, healers, friends and activists. I practice, explore and incorporate these approaches into my ongoing personal journey of healing, both for myself and to provide vetted wellness resources to you.

Having experienced my own version of the 360 support that I offer my clients, I uniquely curate and hold intentional space with empathy, patience, enthusiasm, and compassion.
